Coming from downtown Asheville, take I-240 toward US 19/23. Use 2 left lanes to continue onto US 19/23 for 1.1 mi. Use right two lanes to turn right onto NC - 63 /New Leicester Hwy. Continue 1.8 mi, then turn left onto Eliada Home Rd. In 449 ft, turn left onto Old County Home Rd. In 0.1 mi, turn right onto Johnson School Rd. Stay on Johnson School Rd for 0.3 mi, then continue onto Cowan Cove/ Johnson School Rd for 0.9 mi. Turn right on Rice Road. Destination is 0.4 mi ahead on the right.

The Retreat at Spivey Mountain is located in West Asheville, just a short commute to Haywood Road and downtown Asheville. The Retreat at Spivey Mountain offers large wooded properties with mountain views and elevations up to 2700 feet. Lot #9 is a large wooded lot with near-end of the road privacy. It can be directly accessed off of Rice Road, a publicly maintained road. Each property is subject to covenants and restrictions. There are no HOA and no dues. Each property has been preapproved for septic permit and the boundaries are clearly identified with a fresh survey.
